Wendy has been a practicing solicitor since 2016, earning her Bachelor of Law in South Africa and obtaining the right of appearance in the High Court of South Africa and holds admissions to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of South Africa. She has experience in property and general commercial law. Her experience extends to include advising on commercial transactions and contracts, overseeing trusts, companies, and navigating the complexities of both commercial and residential law, in addition to handling Succession, Criminal, Family Law, and Civil Litigation matters. She is fluent in both English and Afrikaans, with a profound understanding of South African laws and deals with cross-border legal issues.
