Daniela Parlapiano
Daniela Parlapiano holds an Honours Degree in Law from James Cook University. Daniela grew up in Mareeba and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 1995. She worked in a variety of positions in Cairns before returning to Mareeba to live and work permanently with Apels Solicitors in April 1999. Daniela was appointed as a Senior Associate of Apels Solicitors in 2020.
Daniela is a past President of the Women’s Legal Service and was the Co-ordinator for the St Thomas’s Catholic Parish Debutante Ball for over 5 years. Daniela is currently a Board member of St Stephens Catholic College, Treasurer of Tablelands Athletic Club and a member of the St Thomas’ Catholic Parish Finance Committee.
